WHAT TO PACK? (Recommended packing list)

Clothing:

  • Three sets of hunting clothes, camo or dark colours such as greens and browns

  • Light weight jacket / rain jacket

  • A thick jacket as it gets cold during the winter evenings

  • A good hat / cap

  • 5 undershirts and under shorts

  • 5 pairs of socks

  • Belt

  • Well-worn and comfortable hunting boots

  • Camp shoes or sandals

  • Gloves

Items to remember:

  • Rifle shell holders – belt carrier type and rifle soft case

  • Suntan lotion, Chap stick, Insect repellent, Sun glasses

  • Digital camera, with sufficient memory cards and spare batteries

  • We have 220 V electrical power supply so if necessary please remember your converter / adaptor

  • Binoculars

  • Personal medication

  • Toiletries, shaving etc.

  • Flashlight with spare batteries

Final check list:

  • Travel documents (Passport that is valid for 6 months after return date to USA, Firearm documentation to show ownership in the USA (US CUSTOMS 4470), SAPS 520, Invitation letter from Brian Suddaby Safaris Africa, Airline tickets and Travel Itinerary , Travel Insurance, money, medical records as required)

  • Reading material

  • Some people like to keep a diary of the daily events, so bring it along

  • Emergency  contact details (in case of emergency)

  • Very important to remember a positive attitude and a willingness to have fun!

 

Taxidermy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS OF BUSINESS:

  1. 50% of the daily rate is required to confirm a safari.  The balance of the daily rate must be paid on arrival.

  2. All fees are payable in U.S. Dollars.  Payments must be made in cash, traveler’s cheques or bank guarantee cheques.

  3. No deposit refund on cancellations less than 6 months prior to safaris.
